Process-Based Inspection

Quality Review Before Delivery

A dental 3D printer combines mechanical movement, light-curing components, a build platform, a resin tank, electronic controls and software operation. These elements must be reviewed as a connected system rather than as unrelated parts.

The exact inspection scope may vary according to the printer model, product configuration and order requirements. Inspection records and supporting information are prepared according to the applicable project.

This page describes general inspection categories. It does not represent a universal testing standard, certification, guaranteed accuracy result or third-party laboratory report.
Inspection Workflow

From Components to Final Packing

Each stage focuses on identifying visible, mechanical, optical or operational issues before the equipment is prepared for shipment.

01 — COMPONENTS

Component Inspection

Key parts are reviewed for condition, compatibility and visible damage before or during equipment assembly.

02 — ASSEMBLY

Assembly Review

The machine body, panels, cables, fasteners, resin tank area and build platform installation are visually checked.

03 — OPTICAL SYSTEM

Light-Curing Check

The light source, exposure response and relevant LCD or projection components are checked according to the equipment configuration.

04 — MOTION SYSTEM

Movement Inspection

Z-axis lifting, lowering, movement condition and possible abnormal resistance or noise are reviewed.

05 — PLATFORM

Platform Calibration

Platform installation, surface condition and basic calibration are checked before printing verification.

06 — CONTROL

Control Function Test

Startup, interface operation, file reading, movement control, exposure control and printing initiation may be reviewed.

07 — PRINTING

Sample Print Review

A suitable sample may be used to review adhesion, curing, visible detail, surface condition and the post-processing result.

08 — FINAL REVIEW

Appearance and Packing

The machine exterior, included items, protective materials, order information and packaging condition are reviewed before shipment.

  • Follow-up action
  • Review status
02

Sample Validation

Sample printing can be discussed when the customer needs to evaluate a specific model, resin category or intended workflow.

  • Customer-supplied or agreed test file
  • Selected printer and resin
  • Visible print-result review
  • Project-specific observations
03

Customer Confirmation

Order-related information can be reviewed with the customer before production preparation or shipment.
